The Page View is where the actual reading of documents takes place and as such is much like the document display of an internet browser or word processor. However there are some other features to the page view that need explanation:

The Read Progress Bar

This sits at the top of the page and displays graphically how far through the current document one is positioned. Its use is intended for e-books rather than reference works and it can be turned off easily from the Preferences.

The Category Summary Panel

If the TR3 file contains category information then this is summarized on the page in the Category Summary Panel on the page. Many options for this can be set in the Prefrences.
